Additionally we offer unlimited 24/7 messaging, in-person grocery store tours, and kitchen organizations to ensure you are not only receiving the best tools for your health but the education to make these decisions  without us.

Amanda is not only a licensed medical provider but a Professor at multiple Universities across the country. Amanda has taught yoga to Navy SEALs in San Diego, worked with NFL professional athletes, Veterans nationally with the Wounded Warrior Project, and was the Director for Food and Nutrition for the City of Chicago Cook County Health Hospital Systems.
